Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment?

Yes, we bring everything we need to clean your home in most cases. If there is any items needed outside of what we usually provide, we will give you the heads up. 

Can I still book a service if I am not at home?

Our operational hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday so some of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In a majority of these cases, our technicians are provided with a spare key or garage code. You also have the option to leave your keys in a lockbox so they can let themselves in and return the keys to the lockbox when the service is completed. 

What if I work from home?

Absolutely, working from home is no problem at all! At Cleancation, we understand that many of our clients have flexible work arrangements, and we can easily tailor our cleaning services to accommodate your schedule and preferences. Whether you need us to work around your home office hours or clean in a way that minimizes disruptions while you work, we're here to make your life easier.

What I do before the cleaning day?

A friendly reminder will be sent the day before your service. Please declutter your space by picking up items from the ground. Ensure important documents are stored safely to avoid accidental disposal.

What about pets?

Your pets are a part of your family and we wouldn't have it any other way. During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. We recommended keeping them in a separate part of the home while we work. This ensures their comfort and safety - far away from the cleaning supplies.
